Codeship Verify is an internal access service operated by Codeship. It connects a Discord user ID with an approved Google Workspace email and Google account identifier.
We store the account link, verification time, and encrypted authorization tokens in Codeship’s Cloudflare account. Tokens allow periodic checks and Discord role-status updates. We do not access Google mail, Drive files, calendars, Discord messages, or passwords.
Discord receives only membership status and the last verification time. Your Google work email is not placed on your public Discord profile by this app.
Temporary sign-in sessions expire after 30 minutes. Account links remain while access is active. Use “Disconnect and remove my data” after verification to remove your link; or contact jannik@codeship.tech. Google and Discord retain data under their own policies.
Access is checked hourly. Provider outages are retried. The Discord role must also require a verification within the last day so stale access expires. Your Discord server owner access is independent.
